8th & Olive (now named Atelier) is a centrally-located 363 unit high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles, developed by Carmel Partners. The building itself sits on 10,000 square feet of retail space near the trend-setting South Park neighborhood and one block from 7th Street’s Restaurant Row. For this project, SWS completed metal framing, drywall and lath & plaster under general contractor CP Construction West.
